Financial roles

Finance Viewer

The Finance Viewer has access to sensitive finance information on the Resource plan and the secured Finance perspective.

The role allows to:

• View Rates and Rate Cards

• View Rate Card Mappings

• View Other Costs

• View financial metrics on the Resource plan perspective 

Finance Editor

The Finance Editor role gives access to all the functionality that is available for the Finance Viewer, but additionally allows to:

• Manage Rates and Rate Cards

• Manage Rate Card Mappings

• Manage Other Costs

Employee

Self-review

We create an employee profile for each user who has an assigned position on the project. User with Employee role has access to own profile except for secured data.  An employee does not have access to such secured data as their Performance evaluation status and feedback provided by management, Critical Role on the Project, Project Risk of Leaving and Motivation.
