The widget labeled "Metrics & KPIs" (also known as the "Manual metrics") is situated within Delivery Health, specifically under the "Portfolio Health" section and also on the "Portfolio Metrics" tab. It requires manual input from the responsible person, providing managers with the opportunity to establish and update critical project metrics, indicators, and quality parameters (including SLA, KPI, deliverables, etc.) that impact the portfolio's delivery commitments. This functionality allows for monitoring progress and overseeing efficiency control. More details are in the User Guide.

How to Use the Manual Metric Dataset

The Manual Metric dataset is available as a separate dataset for PerfQL queries. Metric data is presented in the foloowing tables:

• manual_metric: Contains data related to manual metrics with columns such as cadence, comment, in_contract, status, template_id, thresholds, updated_at, and value.

• manual_metric_history: Provides historical data, including a version column, to track changes over time.

• manual_metric_template: Holds information about the manual metric template, including active status, author, description, dimensionid, name, thresholds, type, unit_of_measurement, and updated_date.
