ProductivityVelocity: Committed vs. Completed, when at first Committed is much bigger than completed, but then Committed gets reduced to match the completed
Productivity: Scrum cycle time, when tasks are not being resolved during sprint as expected, although sprint scope is not being changed much
Productivity: Kanban - team does not meet commitments leaving sprint backlog in not completed state by the end of iteration
Scrum Cycle Time, when Max & Average Time increases without any blockers or suspended processes in delivery pipeline (Number of Open Work Stoppages)
