PERF allows to embed Power BI reports that present delivery metrics directly into the platform. These reports will appear under the 'Metrics' > 'Reports' menu.
Embedding a Report
To embed a report, please contact our support team and provide the following details:
The unit where the report needs to be embedded
The name of the report
A link to the report in Power BI
After receiving your request, our support team will handle the embedding of the report.
Advanced Embedding Options: Unit-Based Filtering
If a report includes filtering based on different units, and you wish to embed the report correspondingly, then inform the support team about the name of the table and the columns that contain the filtering criteria.
Example: At the project level, a report might cover all streams. However, when you navigate to a specific stream, the same report will filter and display only the data related to that stream.
There can be several embedded Power BI reports divided by tabs.
The embedded Reports are interactive.
The Reports are automatically updatable.
PERF supports embedding reports for various unit types such as Customer, Program, Project, and Stream.
If a user does not have the necessary permissions to view a report in Power BI, they will also be restricted from accessing that report within PERF.
