Purpose of the screen
Metrics at this screen shows the quality of a project code, reliability of a build process, unit test coverage and its success rate over time etc. This is an aggregated view from engineering tools set up on a project e.g. Sonar as a code quality analyzer, Jenkins as a CI, GIT as a version control system and so on.
