This functionality is in Beta version, it might not be available on your on-premise environment right now. Please contact support in case you want your users to beta-test it as well. In EPAM Delivery Central it is already available for all projects.
Custom Metrics provide an ability to extend a list of standard metrics/charts. This can be helpful if you need to apply some specific calculations/formulas over PERF data. Custom Metrics v2 functionality provides an ability to select, join, search and do any kinds of operations on the data that PERF has collected from Task Tracking System and Version Control data sources.
To manage custom metrics go to Metric Catalog -> Create New Metric.
