This chapter describes how to view detailed information about a target and how edit it.

1. Call Target Information

This section describes how to call the information box for any target in Timeline or List view:

To call the Target information:

Activity to call the information box

Timeline

Targets pane

  • Click a target. The target's information box opens. 

Timeline

Gantt chart

  • Click a target line, and then select View, or Edit. The target's information box opens.

List

Targets table

  • In the table, click a target. The target's information box opens.

.2. View Target Information

This section describes how to fully inspect the target information. There are three tables in the dialog box of a target, and each table contains connected targets.

.To inspect the connected targets information:

  • In the Includes table, click a target.
    The system opens information dialog box of the included target.

  • In the Contributes To table, click a target.
    The system opens information dialog box of the target that contributes to the main target.

  • In the Dependencies table, click a target.
    The system opens information dialog box of the dependent target.

3. Edit a Target

Once you opened information dialog box of a target, you can edit target information. 

.To edit a target:

  1. In the target dialog box, select and then edit any parameter. 

  2. Optional. Link the target to other targets.
