Purpose
Stories Which Are Closed But With Any Sub-tasks Still Incomplete shows the amount of stories (and other issues) which are already closed but all/some of their sub-tasks are still incomplete. Calculation is based on issues created within last 90 days.Incomplete shows a number of completed items with incomplete sub items.
How metric helps
Stories Which Are Closed But With Any Sub-tasks Still Incomplete helps to highlight an issue with incorrect wrong items statuses of sub-tasks.
It is expected that on the project this health indicator value is equal to zero. Wrong status of an item may affect the progress metrics like Velocity, Burn up. The expected metric value is 0.

Stories Which Are Closed But With Any Sub-tasks Still Incomplete calculates Incomplete is a number of issues like Story, Task, Improvement etc (issues that have sub-tasks). that are in completed status, but with non completed sub-tasks. Calculation is based on issues created within last 90 daysparent items in a "Done" status with sub items in an "Open" or "In Progress" status.
RAG thresholds: Red Red - metric value > 0; Green - metric value = 0.
