Purpose
Stories Which Are Open/Ready State But With All Sub-tasks Already Closed shows the amount of stories (and other issues) which are still in work but all their sub-tasks are closed. a number of incomplete items with completed sub items.

Stories Which Are Open/Ready State But With All Sub-tasks Already Closed helps to highlight an issue with wrong stories' statuses.It is expected that on the project this health indicator value is equal to zeroitems statuses. Wrong status of an item may affect the progress metrics like Velocity, Burn up. The expected metric value is 0.
