Filter. Using Filter, you can filter actions by different conditions, from Status Dimensions through Due Date. See Fig. 2 later.
Open/Close. Using the State parameter, you can close and then re-open any action item in the table.
Edit. To edit an action item you have to open the source widget of the action item by clicking on a selected action item.
