To create a new snapshot:

1. On the Planner toolbarAction Bar, click Snapshot → Create New Snapshot. Image Added “Take a Snapshot” button → “Create New Snapshot” →
   The Snapshot Name dialogue box opens.

2. Enter the snapshot name, and then click Add. The system creates a snapshot of the current state of the timeline.

To apply a snapshot:

1. On the Planner toolbar, click Snapshot. The Create New Snapshot Action Bar, click Image Added “Take a Snapshot” button → the dialogue box opens.

2. In the dialogue box, select the check box of the snapshot to be applied. you want to apply → The system applies the selected snapshot. See Fig. 1 earlier.

3. Delete a Snapshot

To delete a snapshot:

1. On the Planner toolbar, click Snapshot. The Create New Snapshot Action Bar, click  Image Added “Take a Snapshot” button → The dialogue box opens.

2. Click the Delete icon. Image Added Delete button (“backet”) → The confirmation dialogue opens.

3. Click Delete. button to confirm, that you want to delete the snapshot → The system deletes the selected snapshot.

To copy a link to a snapshot:

1. On the Planner toolbarAction Bar, click Snapshot. The Create New Snapshot Image Added “Take a Snapshot” button → The dialogue box opens.

2. Click the Link icon. Image Added Share Link button → The system saves the snapshot link to the clipboard.
