The Actions tab page provides you with information about all action items created on your project. The tab unit and unit(s) below. See Fig. 1.
The page works as follows:
Actions Tab Page aggregates all action items from the following sources:

— Risk ….. ….. ▪ Risk (from Treatment Strategy Description (Create Risk or Edit Risk dialog boxfield)
Filter. Using Filter, you can filter actions by six different conditions, from Status Dimensions through Due Date. See Fig. 2 later.
Open/Close. Using the State parameter, you can close and then re-open any action item in the table.
Edit. To edit an action item you have to open the source widget of the action item by clicking on a selected action item.

If you have an action item created for yourself or assigned to you, the Health application sends you notification emails in the following cases:
Assignment. As soon as somebody assigns you an action item, the system notifies you.
Due Date. Two business days before the due date of an action item in the Opened state.
Overdue Action Item. If at the due date time an action item is not in the Done state, the system notifies you by email (emails are a subject of configuration).

UTC Time Settings for Due DateThe system uses UTC time independently of your time zone, or time zone of the assignment creator. An action item becomes overdue in 00:01 UTC time of the due-date day. |
How to Use Action Items
This section contains step-by-step procedures on how to create, complete, edit, or delete Action Items.
Create Action Item
This section describes how to create a check-boxed action item with assignee and date in the Overall pane. The same procedure applies to sub-status cards and Risk Strategy Description.
To create a check-boxed action item:
Click the Overall pane to call the formatting toolbox. To create an action item, you can also type [] in a new line, and then press the Space key.
In the toolbox, click the check box icon. A check box appears on the Overall pane.
Type name of the action item.
Using the system prompt, select the assignee.
Using the system calendar prompt, select the date. Otherwise the system applies default due date in 30 days from the date of creation.
Click Save.

Complete Action Item
The procedure of completing an Action Item depends on item-containing widget. In the Risk Strategy Description you need to go to the Edit mode.
To complete an Action Item in Overall or sub-status card:
Click the respective check box.
To complete an Action Item in the Risk Strategy Description:
On the the Risks tab, do one of the following:
Point to the required Risk, click the vertical ellipsis menu on the right, and then select Edit.
Click the required Risk, and then, in the Risk Details dialog box, click Edit.
In the consequent Edit Risk Details dialog box, select the check box of the required action item.
Click Save.
Edit Action Item
The procedure of editing an Action Item depends on item-containing widget. In the Risk Strategy Description you need to go to the Edit mode.
To edit an Action Item in Overall or sub-status card:
Click the required Action Item and edit it directly.
To edit an Action Item in the Risk Strategy Description:
On the the Risks tab, do one of the following:
Point to the required Risk, click the vertical ellipsis menu on the right, and then select Edit.
Click the required Risk, and then, in the Risk Details dialog box, click Edit.
In the consequent Edit Risk Details dialog box, modify the required action item.
Click Save.
Delete Action Item
The procedure of deleting an Action Item depends on item-containing widget. In the Risk Strategy Description you need to go to the Edit mode.
To delete an Action Item in Overall or sub-status card:
Click the required Action Item and delete it directly.

On the Actions page, review, complete/re-open actions from the current unit or the units below in the hierarchy.

Using Quick filters, you can easily find action items that were assigned to you or past due actions.
The Filter functionality allows filtering action items by different parameters represented in the Actions table, like Status Dimensions, Source (Risk/Status/Annotation), or even finding actions related to annotation with a certain name.
