Assess time spent on bug fixing metric, and allocate more time on bug fixing and verification activity, OR add dedicated bug handling task estimated in exact number of hours
Estimate bugs using quality debt metric (average h=time spent on all handled issues/total number of issues) to be able to evaluate whether all logged issues will be fixed in the iteration
Ensure to measure delivery health by means of key performance indicators in engineering, quality, productivity, progress/schedule, scope, processes hygiene, team health, stakeholder engagement and satisfaction (CSAT).
