Teams Application User Guide

TEAMS is an application for workload, rate card and people management.

Teams: Workload Management​

  1. Discover the current state of the Resource plan and Forecast team capacity.

  2. Create new Positions and make Assignments.

  3. Identify and analyze potential remedies: underutilized and overloaded employees are highlighted.​

  4. Make a Bench review.​

Teams: Rate Card Management​

  1. Discover unit-specific financial data regarding Position costs and Other costs (such as Infrastructure, Licenses, etc.) on your Resource plan.

  2. Review Past cost / Current cost / Forecast cost (24 months ahead).​

  3. Map Rate Card to Positions.

  4. Manage Vendors, Locations, and Cost types dictionaries at the Organizational level.

Teams: People Management​

  1. Provide regular Performance feedback about your teammates. 

  2. Raise a flag in case of any Attrition risks on the project. 

  3. Access the Critical Role on Unit and define a mitigation plan. 

  4. Check team and personal Productivity and review tickets closed by person/team over a period and see the total amount of closed tasks per type.

  5. Use Succession planning to keep the team growing with minimal impact on capacity and the possibility to avoid knowledge leakage.

  6. Keep tracking your Action items' progress and get reminders to not miss important things.​
