Admins in Settings

The Settings / Admins tab is available on the Account level and gives the ability to manage and issue an Admin role to your Account. 

In TEAMS → Settings → Admins there is a list of Admins present for a certain Account.

The number at the top shows the current number of active (inactive for the last 12 months) admin profiles on the current Account.

Admins
Users who were granted Admin permissions on the Account level.
You can issue an Admin role to your Account by clicking the "Add New" button, entering a new Admin name, and clicking "Add" again.
This will grant Admin access to all features across the Account functionality as well as give access to people’s profiles and all sensitive information available in these profiles such as:

  • Performance Evaluation mark and feedback;

  • Risk of Leaving; Critical Role on Unit;

  • Motivation;

  • Succession Planning and Productivity data.
