Personal Employee Profile

Creation logic

TEAMS creates Personal Profiles for all employees who are working on the Project in actual positions (have active assignments).

Key for the new profile creation: 'Person - Project - Role'.

That means that if the same Person is assigned to the same Project for 2 positions with the same Role we will create one profile in TEAMS for such person. If the roles are different - two profiles will be created. 

Navigation and content

Personal Employee Profile is opened in a form of a sidebar directly from the perspective you are working with.

Note: For navigation, the perspective should either contain the Members table or a link to the profile.

Sidebar with Personal Employee Profile consists of 2 areas:

  1. Profile header 

  2. Profile body

Profile header

Profile header area contains:

  • Team member's photo

  • Team member's First Name and Last Name

  • Team member's role and project name

  • Team member's title and track/level

  • Team member's location

  • Copy icon (by clicking on this icon you will be able to copy the link to the opened profile to clipboard)

  • Envelope (email) icon (by clicking on this icon the default mail client will open, suggesting to send a new message to the corresponding email address)

  • Navigation up/down button (for navigating between profiles in the current unit)

Deactivated profile view

Deactivated profile - profile of team member with a terminated position. Deactivated profiles are marked with an 'Inactive' label.

Profile body

Profile body area consists of the following tabs:

  1. Summary

  2. Productivity

  3. General info

  4. Action Items

  5. Growth

  6. Custom Fields
