Purpose

Items in Progress with no Changes During Last 2 Weeks shows the amount of issues in progress with no any changes during last 2 weeks.

How metric helps 

Items in Progress with no Changes During Last 2 Weeks helps to highlight cases when item without any updates last 2 weeks. It's expected any updates to happen during such a long time e.g. people log their time, post updates, ask questions via comments and etc.

How metric works 

Chart overview 

Chart shows Items in Progress with no Changes During Last 2 Weeks in amount of items without updates.

By click on a chart a pop up appears with the following information got from the task tracking system: 

  • Issue ID
  • Type
  • Priority
  • Summary

Calculation 

Items in Progress with no Changes During Last 2 Weeks calculates amount of issues in progress with no changes during last 2 weeks.

RAG thresholds: Red - metric value > 0; Green - metric value = 0. 

Data Source 

Data for the metric can be collected from a task tracking system (Jira, TFS, Rally, etc.).
