Concept of Actions Page

The Actions page provides you with information about all action items created on your unit and unit(s) below. See Fig. 1.
The page works as follows:

• Actions Page aggregates all action items from the following sources:

….. ….. ▪ Overall Status or any Sub-Status card

….. ….. ▪ Annotation card  

….. ….. ▪ Risk (from Treatment Strategy Description field)

• Filter. Using Filter, you can filter actions by different conditions, from Status Dimensions through Due Date. See Fig. 2 later.

• Open/Close. Using the State parameter, you can close and then re-open any action item in the table.

• Edit. To edit an action item you have to open source widget of the action item by clicking on a selected action item.

Using Quick filters, you can easily find action items that were assigned to you or past due actions.

The Filter functionality allows filtering action items by different parameters represented in the Actions table, like Status Dimensions, Source (Risk/Status/Annotation), or even find actions related to annotation with a certain name.
