Concept of Actions Tab

The Actions tab provides you with information about all action items created on your project. See Fig. 1.
The tab works as follows:

• Actions Tab aggregates all action items from the following sources:

….. ….. ▪ Overall Status widget 

….. ….. ▪ Sub-Status card (manual)

….. ….. ▪ Annotation card  

….. ….. ▪ Risk Treatment Strategy Description (Create Risk or Edit Risk dialog box)

• Filter. Using Filter, you can filter actions by six conditions, from Status Dimensions through Due Date.

• Open/Close. Using the State parameter, you can close and then re-open any action item in the table.

• Edit. To edit an action item you have to open source widget of the action item.

The Filter functionality allows filtering action items by any of six parameters represented in the Actions table, like Status Dimensions, or Source.
