Purpose

Like/Dislikes functionalityallows to understand team member's impressions of the current project assignment. It also helps managers to understand the personal Likes/Dislikes for each team member. 

Who can see the widget and make changes: all managers with full access to the profile (see details here) and employees themselves (own profiles in 'ME' view).
