TEAMS - Likes/Dislikes widget and detailed view
Purpose
Like/Dislikes functionality allows to understand team member's impressions of the current project assignment. It also helps managers to understand the personal Likes/Dislikes for each team member.
Who can see the widget and make changes: all managers with full access to the profile (see details here) and employees themselves (own profiles in 'ME' view).
Note:
All changes made in 'ME' view (an employee sets Likes and Dislikes for him/herself) will be visible for managers in Managerial view. And vice versa, Likes and Dislikes that were set by a manager will be visible for an employee in 'ME' view.
Likes/Dislikes widget
The widget contains information about team member's Likes/Dislikes:
It includes:
Likes (if specified)
Dislikes (if specified)
Date, when the Likes/Dislikes section was last updated
Full name of the person, who did the last update
In case the Likes/Dislikes have never been previously specified for the team member, widget is displayed in zero state:
Currently it is possible to remove all Likes/Dislikes values from the section, in this case widget will be displayed in zero state, but will contain the information about the 'Updated Date' and 'Author':
The widget is clickable:
clicking on the widget, which has data (has history of updates made), will open the Likes/Dislikes section in the second slide-out sidebar in the View mode
clicking on the widget, which does not have data (does not have history of updates made), will open the Likes/Dislikes section in the second slide-out sidebar in the Edit mode
clicking on the 'Add' button on the widget will open the Likes/Dislikes section in the second slide-out sidebar in the Edit mode
