Purpose
Unresolved Bugs Older Than a Month (all priorities) shows the amount a number of defects (all priorities) which has not been resolved since open defects for today with a lifetime more than a month.
How metric helps
Unresolved Bugs Older Than a Month (all priorities) helps to monitor the efficiency of the quality assurance process in a project. Suggested acceptable indicator value is <20. Calculation is based on issues created within last 90 days reveals a number of open defects living more than a month so that they have to be taken into consideration while planning development efforts. The expected value is equal to zero.
