Purpose

Items not Ready but in Active sprints shows the amount of issues which are in active Sprint(s) but still not marked as 'Ready for Development'.

Items not Ready but in Active sprints helps to identify how many items are not ready for work.

How metric works 

Chart overview

Chart shows Items not Ready but in Active sprints in amount of tasks which have got "Open" and/or "Analysis in Progress" status

By click on a chart a pop up appears with the following information got from the task tracking system: 

  • Issue ID
  • Type
  • Priority
  • Summary

Calculation

Items not Ready but in Active sprints calculates a number of Stories, Improvements in active sprint in "Open" and "Analysis in Progress" status.

RAG thresholds: Red - metric value  > 0; Green - metric value = 0. 

Data Source

Data for the metric can be collected from a task tracking system (Jira, TFS, Rally, etc.).
