How to Grant Profile Manager Permissions in TEAMS

Profile Manager is a custom role in Teams. It can be set by Admin or Unit Manager roles.

Profile Manager is set specifically in the employee's profile.

This role grants full access to employee profile including all sensitive information such as Project Performance evaluation, Risk of Leaving, Critical Role on Unit.

How to Grant Profile Manager Permissions in TEAMS

Permissions to assign Profile Manager to Employee profile are available for Unit Managers.

We also provide this capability for Admin role managed on the Settings perspective on account unit level.

  1. Go to the TEAMS module (My Team tab) in TelescopeAI Productivity Suite for your Project

  2. Open Personal Employee Profile where you'd like to set a Profile Manager for

  3. Navigate to the General Info tab

  4. Click on the Edit button in the top right corner of the General Info tab

  1. Type name of the employee you'd like to grant Profile Manager permissions to this profile into the

Profile Manager field in the Edit General Info sidebar:

  1. Select the found employee and confirm your changes by pressing the Save button:
