PERF section with Catalogue Custom Metrics is a part of Platform Administration Panel and it is available only for Admin role. For getting an access please contact your organization’s manager to provide you with correspondence role.

Create Catalogue Custom Metric

To create a Catalogue Custom Metric you need to do the following steps:

  1. Go to the Platform Administration Panel.

  2. Click on the ‘PERF’ tab.

  1. Click on the ‘Create new metric’ button.

  2. Type Unit name/ID in the field and select a Unit.

Metric does not belong to a selected unit, it is only used for checking if the metric works fine.

  1. Click on the ‘Continue’ button.

  1. The System opens Create New Metric stepper which is used for a regular Custom Metric. You need to go through the Step 1 - Step 4 of the Custom Metric creation User Guide.

After the metric is published, it appears in the table.

 

Download Catalogue Custom Metric

At the Platform Administration Panel > PERF section:

  1. Click on the ‘Download’ icon for the selected metric

The system automatically starts downloading .json file which contains the metric configuration.

Edit Catalogue Custom Metric

At the Platform Administration Panel > PERF section:

  1. Click on the ‘Edit’ icon for the selected metric

  1. Type Unit name/ID in the field and select a Unit.

Metric does not belong to a selected unit, it is only used for checking if the metric works fine.

  1. Click on the ‘Continue’ button.

The system opens ‘Edit metric' stepper.

If an admin clicks 'Edit,' it locks the metric for editing by other admins until the changes are either published or deleted by the editor. The name of the editor is displayed in the notification message about the metric lock.

  • Until the admin publishes updates, the metric widget will display the previously published version.

  • When an admin starts editing the metric, a draft is created (a metric with the same name and a 'Draft' status appears in the table). It is visible only to that admin. After publication, the changes from the draft are merged with the previously published version, and the metric is updated.

 

Delete Catalogue Custom Metric

At the Platform Administration Panel > PERF section:

  1. Click on the ‘Delete’ icon for the selected metric
