Summary 

Summary tab aggregates data about key profile characteristics in the form of widgets. 

In the managerial view the tab contains:

  1. Critical Role on Unit widget

  2. Performance widget

  3. Risk of Leaving widget

  4. Successors for the Role widget

  5. Motivation widget

  6. Likes/Dislikes widget

In 'ME' view the tab contains:

  1. Likes/Dislikes widget

You can get more detailed information for each characteristic by clicking on the corresponding widget.
