TEAMS - Risk of Leaving widget and detailed view
Risk of Leaving widget
The widget contains information about team member's current Project Risk of Leaving status.
It includes:
Info-hint with definitions of all possible Risk of Leaving statuses
Risk of Leaving status icon
Risk of Leaving status name
Risk of Leaving trend (in comparison with the previous Risk of Leaving status)
Date, when the Risk of Leaving status of the team member was last updated
Full name of the person, who did the last update
When the Risk of Leaving status = High or Leaver, the widget gets additional red stripe to draw attention:
For Risk of Leaving status = Leaver we also display the Planned Leave Date on the widget:
In case the Risk of Leaving status has never been previously updated for the team member, widget is displayed in zero state:
The widget is clickable:
clicking on the widget, which has data, will open the Risk of Leaving section in the second slide-out sidebar in the View mode
clicking on the widget (or the +Add button on it), which does not have data, will open the Risk of Leaving section in the second slide-out sidebar in the Edit mode
clicking on the '+Add' button on the widget will open the Risk of Leaving section in the second slide-out sidebar in the Edit mode

View mode
Risk of Leaving section in the View mode provides the opportunity not only to review the current Risk of Leaving status and information about the last update, but also:
Planned Leave Date (if specified)
Attrition Reason(s) (if specified)
Retention Strategy (if specified)
Comment (if any)
You can also see a hint with the definition of the current Risk of Leaving status on hover over the Risk of Leaving status icon:
In the upper right corner of the section 2 icons are located:
'History' icon - clicking on the 'History' icon will allow to review the section History
'Edit' icon - clicking on the 'Edit' icon will switch the section to the Edit mode
Edit mode
In the Edit mode you can set Risk of Leaving with the following values:
LOW - Employee is satisfied with his current assignment and there is no known issues or concerns,
MEDIUM - Employee is dissatisfied with at least one work aspect and will look for other opportunities if the situation doesn't improve in the short- or mid-term period,
HIGH - Employee is actively highlighting concerns and considers changing assignment as soon as it is possible unless we are able to address the situation,
LEAVER - Employee is leaving the project. The rotation agreement is submitted or will be submitted soon.
You can also define Planned Leave Date, Attrition Reason(s), describe Retention Strategy and leave a Comment.
For LEAVER Risk of Leaving both 'Planned Leave Date' and 'Attrition Reason' are required fields. For HIGH Risk of Leaving only 'Attrition Reason' is required. For MEDIUM both ‘Planned Leave Date' and 'Attrition Reason' fields are enabled, but optional. For LOW Risk of Leaving 'Planned Leave Date', 'Attrition Reason' fields are disabled. ‘Comment' and 'Retention Strategy' fields are enabled and optional for all Risk of Leaving types.
There is no need to select the exact Risk of Leaving value point on the scale to see the hint with description - hints are available on mouse hover:
You can update the section without any changes (as - the system updates only 'Updated Date' and 'Author'.
Note: There is no ability to change Attrition Reasons in inactive profiles after 90 days:
History
You can view the Risk of Leaving History and see all changes of Risk of Leaving section by clicking on the 'History' icon:
